The following are tips that a bot suggested on how to be a better CEO:
Don’t be afraid to explore new territory. You can’t always adapt yourself to change but you can still help the company adapt.
Pay close attention to what your employees are doing and know their strengths so you can assign what they’re most capable of doing. Dedicate time every day to getting to know your employees.
Be cautious in what you say in meetings because when you discuss something, it’s written down in the minutes.
Keep an open mind with your partners when discussing ideas or conflicts with them. They may have information that you don’t that will help solve the problem at hand.
Always act with integrity, honesty, and fairness when conducting business dealings- especially when financing deals with clients or suppliers.
Don’t get trapped by the numbers. Remember, it’s people who count.
People are important so do what you can to shine them up and polish them off- company courtesies, good wages, job security etc. Go the extra mile for your employees because they create business success.
If you don’t take care of your workers then somewhere down the line someone else will be taking care of them instead.
You should always let your clients know that you appreciate their business and acknowledge their contributions. The word “thank” is powerful enough to make any client feel appreciated; whether it is via email or in person- it won’t hurt!
Hire on experience rather than on education alone because past performance predicts future behavior.
If someone doesn’t want to work, no matter how qualified they are for the job, don’t hire them. You can’t have a bunch of lemons when you’re trying to make lemonade.
Credit should be given where it’s due- when credit is taken it may affect your business in the future.
When you’re working on an important project, don’t forget to set aside some time for fun and relaxation because if you don’t take some time off then you’ll burn out quickly.
Everyone has their own style but the wise manager knows that they must develop their own by mixing what they know with what works best in order to suit different situations in order to get the best results.
You must be a leader to get people to do what you want them to do. Leaders can’t afford to let their guards down because they’ll lose the respect of the people that they’re leading.
In order for a business owner to be great, he needs employees that are committed and dedicated. He should take time out every day to show appreciation in order to motivate his workers because it will make everyone work harder and produce better results which in turn makes the customers happy.
Sometimes when a task is too big or too hard, splitting it up into smaller pieces may make it seem more manageable and less stressful so if you break problems down, you might solve them easier than expected!
Don’t underestimate your competition- even though they may appear weaker than they really are. They could be a shark in disguise and even if they don’t look like a threat, you can never underestimate the competition!
If you’re going to do something, then do it right from all angles- don’t half ass it or else you’ll end up with no rewards. Think about your decision before you make them because thinking over things before acting upon them will save you from future regret of not doing what was needed to be done. You have to have self control when making decisions so that you don’t jump into anything without first considering the consequences of being one way or another.
Keep a nice balance between work and family time because either one can suffer without the presence of the other. Make sure everyone knows that they’re an important part of your life and that you care for them deeply.
Family is just as important as work so don’t put one before the other- do things to give equal time to both areas in your life because this will definitely reduce stress levels.
Humility goes a long way because it makes people remember you better when you are modest about your achievements.
Don’t ignore personal goals, ambitions or dreams because if not taken seriously then there may be consequences down the line after something bad has already happened. You should always prepare for the worst even if you’re confident that everything will turn out alright by exerting extra effort.
If someone asks too many questions, it’s probably best if you don’t answer them at all because you’ll only be giving them the opportunity to provide information that can benefit their own industry and don’t forget about all of those competitive sharks out there waiting to steal your secrets!
Most things in life are temporary which means that you should enjoy it while it lasts or else it will quickly go away. Apply this lesson well and you’ll be able to navigate through life with much more ease as a result.
Most problems could be easily prevented if caught early on by taking care of small issues before they turn into big ones- like putting out fires as soon as they start. The earlier the problem is addressed, the better chance you have at saving yourself from future hardships. When people come together and use everyone’s strengths, nothing is impossible but when people are allowed to do their own thing without the help of others, nothing good will come out of it.
Just because someone is older than you, doesn’t mean that they’re smarter- anyone can learn new things at any age but most knowledge comes from experience which usually has to be earned through time.
Take your time when making decisions because rushing into them could lead down the path of regret. If you change your mind so quickly over small things then how will you ever make significant changes? Make your decisions based off experiences and facts rather than feelings or assumptions! You should always go with what’s more likely to happen since this is not only safer but saves time too.
Stay positive in times of crisis because if you push yourself to stay positive, only good things are bound to happen which also means that you’ll have less problems. You can’t go through life with a negative attitude because this will only attract the worst of people thus resulting in creating more issues for yourself!
Don’t be so quick to judge others even if they’ve done something awful because you never know what happened to them in their past that might lead them to act the way they do now. For every good thing someone does, there is likely an equally bad or worse thing that follows- it’s all about probability and chance. If someone seems like they’re suffering then it’s best to reach out and help them rather than leaving them alone since suffering tends to bring down everyone around it as well.
When someone is feeling down and depressed, it’s best to comfort them with kind words and phrases that can boost their confidence- this way they’ll know you care. It’s best not to give too much of your time or effort if the person wants more than what they’re actually willing to contribute because doing so would only result in a loss on your part.
[This is where the bot seemed to start loosing it so we shut it down]
Put yourself first before everyone else but also make sure you put those close to you first as well which means friends will come second while family will come third. This type of arrangement allows people to keep tabs on who does what for who and how this affects everyone involved overall. If someone asks more from you than usual then consider cutting back on your involvement with them because things could get complicated
OK, that is enough bot advice for one day….
